Sigma Appoints Pete Schlampp to Board of Directors

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — July 8, 2025 — Sigma, the industry-leading unified intelligence platform with unique cloud data platform writeback capabilities that brings AI, apps, and analytics together, today announced Pete Schlampp has joined its Board of Directors.

Currently, Schlampp serves as CEO of Luminary Cloud, a company developing Physics AI models to accelerate innovation in physical product design and engineering. He is also a Managing Director at Sutter Hill Ventures, where he leads new investments and works with entrepreneurs to found and build new companies. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Global Product Development and Chief Strategy Officer at Workday, where he drove product strategy and development initiatives across the company's enterprise software portfolio. He also held the role of General Manager of Analytics at Workday, where he led a significant BI, Analytics, and Planning business unit. Earlier in his career, he was a product executive at IronPort Systems (acquired by Cisco), Platfora, Solera Networks, and other emerging technology companies.
