Sigma Computing, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 116 New Montgomery St., #700, San Francisco, CA 94105 (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, “Sigma”) owns and provides a free-to-use cloud-based intelligence platform and related services (“Sigma Public”), which it makes available to the public at https://public.sigmacomputing.com/ (“Site”). From time to time, Sigma conducts giveaway promotions on or through Sigma Public (each, a “Giveaway”). These Sigma Public Giveaway Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) govern each such Giveaway. The Official Rules are in addition to, and do not replace, the Sigma Public Terms of Service (“Public TOS”), which continue to govern your access to and use of Sigma Public and the Site. Capitalized terms not defined in the Official Rules have the meaning given to them in the Public TOS.
THE OFFICIAL RULES CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN SIGMA AND YOU. BY PARTICIPATING IN A GIVEAWAY, SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, OR TAKING ANY OTHER ACTION ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN A GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE OFFICIAL RULES, INCLUDING ALL DECISIONS OF SIGMA, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING ON ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE GIVEAWAYS. PARTICIPATION IN A GIVEAWAY IS FREE AND VOLUNTARY. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SIGMA PUBLIC IS FREE TO USE. GIVEAWAYS ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
The parties therefore agree as follows:
- Sigma Public; Official Rules and Giveaway Pages
- Sigma Public. All Giveaways are conducted on or through Sigma Public. You can use Sigma Public to (a) analyze, query, and/or interact with one or more datasets or other information (each a “Query”), and (b) create or otherwise develop visualizations, charts, graphs, reports, workbooks, applications, or other artifacts in response to your Query (“Developed Asset(s)”). You may choose to publish the then current version of your Developed Asset. You may also make your published Developed Assets available to the general public by selecting ‘Make App Public’, or by providing an equivalent command (“Public Assets”). By publishing any Developed Assets as Public Assets, you understand and agree that such Public Assets, including any data or other materials contained therein, will be publicly available through Sigma Public, and may be viewed, explored, copied, downloaded, analyzed, queried, or otherwise used by other visitors or users of Sigma Public and the Site. The Public Assets may also be publicly attributed to you as the publisher, creator, author, or developer of such Public Assets, and your Sigma Public Profile Information may be publicly displayed as part of such attribution.
- Structure of Official Rules. The Official Rules comprise of (a) the general terms applicable to all Giveaways conducted by Sigma, as stated in Sections 1 to Section 11 below (the “General Rules”), and (b) the additional terms set out in Annex A, which apply only to the specific Giveaway identified in that Annex (the “Specific Rules”). The Specific Rules state the specific details, requirements, and any additional terms applicable to that Giveaway, including the period during which Entries (defined in Section 2.3) will be accepted (the “Entry Period”), the submission requirements for Entries, the prize(s) offered, and the date on which the winners list will be available. The General Rules and the Specific Rules are to be read together, and together constitute the Official Rules applicable to that Giveaway.
- Giveaway Pages. Each Giveaway is promoted through and announced on a specific webpage for that Giveaway (each, a “Giveaway Page”). The Giveaway Pages provide an overview of the Giveaway, link to these Official Rules, and provide the form or portal on which Entries for that Giveaway must be submitted (“Entry Form”). Please review the Giveaway Page and the Official Rules periodically to stay aware of relevant updates.
- Participation in Giveaways.
- Eligibility Requirements. To participate in any Giveaway, you must meet all of the requirements stated in this Section 2.1. You must be (a) a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least eighteen (18) years of age and not be considered a ‘minor’ under the laws of your state of residence, or such higher minimum age as the Specific Rules may specify. Further, you must not be (c) an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or representative of Sigma, or the immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling, and each of their respective spouses) or household member of any such person; (d) a government official, public official, employee of a government-owned or government-controlled entity, candidate for public office, or person acting on behalf of any of the foregoing; (e) on any restricted or prohibited party list maintained by the U.S. Departments of Commerce or State or the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control; or (f) a resident of or domiciled in any state or territory where applicable law prohibits participating in a Giveaway or receiving a Prize in a Giveaway.
- How to Participate. To participate in a Giveaway, you must complete all steps set out in the How to Enter section of the applicable Specific Rules, during the Entry Period. In all cases, participation requires that you: (a) maintain a Sigma Public Account in accordance with Section 2 of the Public TOS; (b) link your Sigma Public Account with at least one of your accounts on a social media platform designated by the Specific Rules (each designated platform, a “Social Media Platform”, and each such linked account, a “Linked Profile”); (c) publish a publicly viewable post that includes all the links, elements, details, tags, or messages required by the Specific Rules on your Linked Profile (“Social Media Post”); and (d) complete and submit the Entry Form on the applicable Giveaway Page, logging your Social Media Post.
- Entry Limits. Unless the Specific Rules state otherwise, (a) each Social Media Post that you publish and log in accordance with Section 2.2, constitutes one (1) “Entry”; and (b) there is no limit on the number of Entries you may submit during an Entry Period. Only Entries submitted during the applicable Entry Period that include all required elements stated in the applicable Specific Rules will be accepted for each Giveaway. If you participate in any Giveaway, or submit an Entry, you are a “Participant.”
- Review and Disqualification. Sigma may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Entry or Participant that (a) fails to comply with or attempts to circumvent these Official Rules, the Specific Rules, or the Public TOS, (b) tampers with or abuses any aspect of a Giveaway, or (c) acts in a manner that is unfair, fraudulent, or disruptive. Use of multiple Sigma Public Accounts, multiple identities or devices, or any robotic, automated, or programmed entry method is grounds for immediate disqualification from current and future Giveaways. Entries cannot be acknowledged and will not be returned. Sigma is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or other failures in your Entries, or for any inaccuracies in your Profile Information during a Giveaway.
- Submissions; Content Warranties. The Specific Rules may require you to create, publish, or share a Public Asset or other content as part of participating in a Giveaway (each, a “Submission”). You represent and warrant that you are the sole author and creator of your Submission and that it is your original work. Submissions created by more than one person, or that incorporate the work of others in a manner not permitted by these Official Rules or the Public TOS, are not eligible and will be disregarded. Republishing, duplicating, or re-posting a Public Asset or content authored by another person or by Sigma as your own Submission is grounds for disqualification. Sigma may require you to verify sole authorship as a condition of receiving any Prize. You further represent and warrant that, with respect to any data or other content included in or used by your Submission: (a) you own it or hold all rights, consents, and permissions necessary to use it and to grant the license in Section 5; (b) it does not contain any Prohibited Content (as defined in the Public TOS) and does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party; and (c) it does not contain any confidential, sensitive, or personal data.
- Drawing and Selection of Winners.
- Random Drawing; Odds of Winning. Winners for each Giveaway are selected by random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the applicable Giveaway. Submitting additional Entries increases the number of chances you have in the Drawing but does not guarantee that you will win a Prize. Following the close of the Entry Period, Sigma will select the number of potential winners stated in the Specific Rules using a random draw from among all eligible Entries received for that Giveaway (the “Drawing”), on or about the date stated in the Specific Rules (the “Drawing Date”). If a selected Entry does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules, that Entry will be disqualified and Sigma will select a replacement Entry at random from among the remaining eligible Entries. A Participant may win only one (1) Prize per Giveaway. If an Entry belonging to a Participant who has already been selected in that Giveaway is drawn, that Entry will be disregarded and Sigma will draw again. All decisions of Sigma regarding the conduct of the Drawing, the selection of winners, and the interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding.
- Verification and Notification. Potential winners will be notified using the contact information associated with their Sigma Public Account. As a condition of receiving any Prize, a potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and sole authorship, provide a completed tax form, and sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release within the time specified by Sigma (or, if no time is specified, within ten (10) days of the date notice is sent). If a potential winner (a) cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the specified time, (b) is found to be ineligible, (c) fails to comply with these Official Rules, (d) fails to return any required documentation within the specified time, or (e) is not able or not prepared to accept the Prize, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible Entries. The return of any notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Sigma will select no more than three (3) alternate winners for a given Prize, after which the Prize may remain unawarded. Participants whose Entries are selected and who satisfy all conditions of this Section 3.2 are “Prize Winners.”
- Winners List. For each Giveaway, Sigma will post the names of the Prize Winner(s) on the applicable Giveaway Pages once the Drawing has been completed, on the date stated in the Specific Rules (or, if no date is stated, within forty-five (45) days after the close of the Entry Period). This list of Prize Winners will remain publicly accessible for at least thirty (30) days. You may also obtain this information by sending a request identifying the applicable Giveaway to sigmapublicgiveaways@sigmacomputing.com.
- Prizes.
- Prizes. Sigma will sponsor and provide the Prizes specified in the Specific Rules (“Prize(s)”). The description, number, and approximate retail value of the Prize(s) for each Giveaway will be stated in the applicable Specific Rules. Each Prize consists only of the items and/or components specifically listed in the Specific Rules. Sigma will select and book all items and components of a Prize. Sigma has no obligation to accept a Prize Winner’s request for any change, upgrade, extension, or additional element, or to book or reimburse any such element. Where required by law, Sigma will report the value of a Prize to the relevant tax authorities, including by issuing an IRS Form 1099, and may require a Prize Winner to provide a completed tax form before any Prize is awarded.
- Prize Value. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is stated in the applicable Specific Rules and is an estimate only. Actual value of the Prizes may vary depending on factors such as availability, dates selected, when the bookings are made, airfare fluctuations, points of departure, and other similar factors. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a Prize will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. The Specific Rules may also state a maximum total value that Sigma will provide for a Prize, and/or state the maximum values for individual prize components (the “Maximum Prize Value”). Where a Maximum Prize Value is stated, Sigma will arrange and pay for the Prize (or components of such Prizes) only up to that amount, and the Prize Winner is solely responsible for any cost above it. Sigma has no obligation to pay or reimburse any amount above the Maximum Prize Value.
- Disclaimers and Limits. Each Prize is awarded “as is” and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. You may not transfer, exchange, or substitute a Prize, and Prizes have no cash value. Sigma may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the published Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, subject to any Maximum Prize Value stated in the Specific Rules. Sigma is not responsible for, and will not replace, any lost, stolen, or damaged Prize after it has been awarded. Sigma makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, about the Prizes, including about their use, components, value, or enjoyment, and including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sigma will not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a Prize for any reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sigma is unable to award or deliver a Prize, the Prize may not be re-awarded. All local, state and federal taxes incurred by accepting a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of a Prize that are not expressly stated to be provided by Sigma are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
- Gift Cards. Where a Prize is a gift card or the equivalent, (i) no compensation will be given for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards, and Sigma is not responsible for replacing such gift cards; (ii) fulfillment of gift cards is the sole responsibility of the merchant, not Sigma, and such gift cards are only redeemable as specified by the merchant’s terms and conditions; and (iii) all transactions, disputes, questions, and all other aspects of the relationship between any Prize Winner and the merchant are solely the responsibility of the Prize Winner and the merchant, and Sigma has no responsibility for any such matters.
- Travel Prizes. Where a Prize includes travel, the following additional terms apply unless the Specific Rules state otherwise: (i) the Prize Winner’s travel companion (if permitted by the Specific Rules), if any, must be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless the Prize Winner is that companion’s parent or legal guardian, or such higher minimum age as the Specific Rules may specify; (ii) the Prize Winner and any permitted companion must travel on the same itinerary; (iii) travel is subject to availability and to any travel window, booking deadline, and blackout dates stated in the Specific Rules; (iv) all travel arrangements, including carrier, routing, and accommodations, are at Sigma’s sole discretion except as expressly stated in the Specific Rules; (v) the Prize Winner is solely responsible for obtaining any travel documentation, insurance, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, and any other expense not expressly listed as part of the Prize; (vi) where a Prize includes air transportation, it is provided only between the departure and arrival airports specified in, or determined in accordance with, the Specific Rules, and the Prize Winner is solely responsible for all travel to and from those airports and for all associated costs; and (vii) air transportation is provided only from the major commercial airport located within the contiguous United States that is nearest to the Prize Winner’s residence, and a Prize Winner who resides outside the contiguous United States is solely responsible for all travel to and from that airport and for all associated costs.
- License and Use. You understand and agree that Sigma may retain a copy of each Entry in the form submitted and may use, host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the Entry, including any data included therein or used thereby, for the purposes of (a) administering, conducting, and organizing Giveaways; (b) securing, maintaining, improving, operating, or providing Sigma Public; and (c) marketing, promoting, and demonstrating Giveaways, Sigma Public, and Sigma’s other products and services. Sigma will make reasonable efforts to attribute the Entry to its creator. You agree that Sigma may use your name, your Sigma Public Profile Information, your Linked Profile or social media handles, your Entry, and any data contained therein for Sigma’s promotional, marketing, demonstration, and informational purposes (whether commercial, non-commercial, or otherwise), without any further compensation, consideration, notice to, or approval by the Participant, unless prohibited by law. Accordingly, to the extent you hold any rights in your Entry (or the data included or used therein), you grant Sigma a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use the Entries (and any data contained therein) as described in these Official Rules and the Public TOS.
- Intellectual Property. The provisions of the Public TOS govern ownership of Developed Assets, AI Output, Sample Materials, Service Data, and Platform Content. Except as stated in the Public TOS, (a) Sigma owns all Sample Data and all Giveaway-related materials prepared by Sigma (solely or jointly with others), including the Giveaway Pages and Specific Rules, and (b) as between you and Sigma, you retain ownership of any additional datasets and information you upload and of the original elements of your Entry that you authored.
- Indemnification, Release, Liability. By entering, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sigma and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your participation in a Giveaway, your Entry, your acceptance or use of any Prize, or any breach by you of these Official Rules or the Public TOS. The warranty disclaimers in Section 5 (Warranty Disclaimer) of the Public TOS apply to, and are incorporated into, these Official Rules, and apply to your participation in any Giveaway and to the Released Parties. Without limiting those provisions, the Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, hardware, software, network, or platform malfunction, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay affecting a Giveaway. BY PARTICIPATING IN A GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TO THE LARGEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH A GIVEAWAY, INCLUDING AS APPLICABLE ANY PRIZES, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, SETTLEMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO REASONABLE, ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD 100); (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET THIRD PARTY EXPENSES ACTUALLY INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD 100), OR ANY RIGHT TO HAVE ANY DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
- Right to Cancel, Suspend, or Modify. Sigma reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify a Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sigma’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of Giveaways, or for any other lawful reason. If a Giveaway is cancelled or terminated before the scheduled Drawing, Sigma may conduct the Drawing from among all eligible Entries received up to the time of cancellation or termination. Sigma’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that term.
- Privacy. Any personal data or personal information collected in connection with Giveaways is handled in accordance with the Sigma Public Privacy Notice. You must not upload or submit any personal, sensitive, or special category data to Sigma Public as part of your Entry, other than the information necessary to maintain your Sigma Public Account.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. Section 7 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) of the Public TOS applies to, and is incorporated into, these Official Rules, and governs any dispute arising out of or relating to Giveaways. Nothing in these Official Rules removes or limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection or other mandatory laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
- General. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Official Rules. Sigma may assign these Official Rules without restriction. The Official Rules (the General Rules and the Specific Rules), together with the Public TOS, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sigma with respect to the Giveaway to which they relate, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding that Giveaway. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency: (a) the Specific Rules set out in Annex A control over General Rules, in each case for the Giveaway to which those Specific Rules relate; (b) the Official Rules control over the Public TOS, solely with respect to the applicable Giveaway and matters relating to it; and (c) the Official Rules control over any summary, description, or depiction of a Giveaway appearing on a Giveaway Page, in an entry form, or in any marketing or promotional material.
ANNEX A
SPECIFIC RULES
These Specific Rules apply only to the Napa Valley Trip Giveaway (the “Covered Giveaway”). These Specific Rules form part of, and are incorporated into, the Official Rules for the Covered Giveaway. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Specific Rules have the meaning given to them in the General Rules and, where not defined there, in the Public TOS.
- Sponsor. The sponsor of the Covered Giveaway is Sigma Computing, Inc., 116 New Montgomery St., #700, San Francisco, CA 94105.
- Giveaway Page. The Giveaway Page for the Covered Giveaway is available at http://public.sigmacomputing.com/giveaway.
- Key Dates.
- Entry Period. Entries will be accepted from October 15, 2026 at 10 am PST to November 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm PST.
- Drawing Date. The random drawing will be conducted on or about November 16, 2026.
- Winners List. The Prize Winner(s) list will be made publicly available shortly after the Drawing Date, but no later than on December 15, 2026. All times and dates stated in these Specific Rules are PST (Pacific Standard Time) and/or PDT (Pacific Daylight Time), as applicable.
- Eligibility
- Minimum age. Notwithstanding Section 2.1(b) of the General Rules, participation in the Covered Giveaway is limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Notwithstanding Section 4.5(i) of the General Rules, the Prize Winner’s travel companion must also be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- General eligibility. All other eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.1 of the General Rules apply in full, including the requirements that you be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and that you not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or representative of Sigma, an immediate family member or household member of any such person, or a government or public official.
- Designated Social Media Platforms. The designated Social Media Platforms on which you may publish your Social Media Posts for the Covered Giveaway are LinkedIn, Reddit, and X. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Reddit, or X.
- Entries.
- How to Enter. To participate in the Covered Giveaway, you must complete each of the following during the Entry Period:
- Link your Sigma Public Account to one or more of your accounts on a designated Social Media Platform. You can do this through your Sigma Public profile settings. Your linked social media accounts are the “Linked Profiles” under the General Rules;
- Publish a publicly viewable Social Media Post on your Linked Profile that (i) shares a Public Asset (e.g., a publicly published workbook) that you are the sole original author of (called ‘Submission’ under the General Rules), (ii) includes a working link to the Submission; and (iii) includes the hashtag #SigmaGiveaway. A post that omits any of these elements does not qualify and will not be counted as an Entry; and
- Log your Submission and Social Media Post through the social share window made available on the Giveaway Page (which is the Entry Form for the Covered Giveaway). The act of logging the Social Media Post creates the Entry. Publication of a Social Media Post, without logging, does not constitute an Entry.
- How Entries are Counted. Each Social Media Post that you publish and log in accordance with Section 6.1 constitutes one (1) Entry. Each Social Media Post may link to only one (1) Submission, and each Submission may be posted only once per Social Media Platform. If the same Submission is logged more than once on the same Social Media Platform, only the first will be counted as an Entry. A Social Media Post that links to more than one Submission does not qualify as an Entry.
- Examples. Assume that you have authored and published two Public Assets on Sigma Public, “Workbook A” and “Workbook B,”
- If you share Workbook A through a Social Media Post on LinkedIn - that is your 1st Entry. If you then share Workbook A through a Social Media Post on Reddit and X as well- that is your 2nd and 3rd Entry. If you then share Workbook B on LinkedIn, Reddit, and X, you earn three more Entries, for six (6) Entries in total.
- If you share Workbook A through a Social Media Post on LinkedIn - that is your 1st Entry. If you now create a second Social Media Post on LinkedIn sharing Workbook A again, that would not count as a second Entry as You have already used LinkedIn for Workbook A, so your first post stands and the second adds nothing.
- If you are publishing a single Social Media Post on LinkedIn that links to both Workbook A and Workbook B, your post will not count as an Entry at all.
- All of the above examples assume that each Social Media Post referred to includes a working link to the relevant workbook and the hashtag #SigmaGiveaway, is published from a Linked Profile, and is logged on the Giveaway Page.
- Other Requirements.
- All Entries must be in English.
- All Submissions must be made through your own Sigma Public Account, and all Social Media Posts must be published through your Linked Profiles.
- There is no limit on the number of Entries you may submit during the Entry Period.
- Your Submission and the corresponding Social Media Post must each remain publicly accessible from the time of logging through the Drawing Date. If Sigma is unable to verify, at the time of the Drawing, that both remain publicly accessible, the relevant Entry will be disqualified. Sigma is under no obligation to notify you that an Entry has become ineligible.
- How to Enter. To participate in the Covered Giveaway, you must complete each of the following during the Entry Period:
- Prizes and Winners.
- Number of winners to be selected. Only one (1) Prize Winner will be selected and awarded the Prize for this Covered Giveaway.
- Prize. The Prize Winner will receive a Prize for this Covered Giveaway with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of USD 3,270. The Prize consists of the following components and no others:

Air transportation is provided only from major airports located within the contiguous United States. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for all travel to and from the departure airport and for all costs associated with such travel (ARV: USD 950).
- Wine box. One (1) wine box curated by Wine.com, and provided and sponsored by Sigma (ARV: USD 320). The Prize Winner is responsible for shipping charges related to the delivery of the winebox, if any.
- ARV and Maximum Prize Value. The ARVs stated above are estimates only. The actual value of the Prize may vary depending on airfare fluctuations, the Prize Winner’s point of departure, hotel rates on the dates selected, and other similar factors, however, the total actual value of the Prize will never exceed USD 4,999 (“Maximum Prize Value”) Sigma will arrange and pay for the Prize only up to that amount, and the Prize Winner is solely responsible for any cost in excess of it.
- Selection and booking. Sigma will select and book all components of the Prize. Sigma is under no obligation to consider or accept any request by the Prize Winner for any change, upgrade, extension, or additional element, or to book or reimburse any such element.
- Travel Window; Blackout dates. Travel must be completed between December 1, 2026 and December 1, 2027.
