We updated the DPA to reflect changes in Sigma's AI Features and related offerings; to describe our self-certification to the Data Privacy Framework and its use as a transfer mechanism, with the Standard Contractual Clauses continuing to apply where the Data Privacy Framework does not; and to update our data protection contact details.
