This Privacy Statement applies to the processing of information about individuals or entities that we collect when using our “platform” which means any website, application or services Sigma offers. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the extent we process Personal Data in the role of a processor or service provider on behalf of our customers.

Sigma Computing complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss- U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, as applicable, to the United States in reliance on Privacy Shield. Sigma Computing has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such data. Liability for Onward Transfers

Sigma Computing complies with the Privacy Shield’s Principle regarding accountability for onward transfers. Sigma remains liable under the Principles if it onward transfer recipients process Personal Data in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Sigma proves that it was not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act requires businesses to disclose whether they sell Personal Data. As a business covered by the CCPA, we do not sell Personal Data.
