SAN FRANCISCO – January 6, 2021 – Sigma Computing, an innovator in cloud analytics and business intelligence, has been recognized by TrustRadius with a 2021 Best of Customer Support Award. This award highlights companies that have gone above and beyond to provide their customers with outstanding customer service in 2020.
“Buyers have many analytics and business intelligence software options,” said TrustRadius Vice President of Research Megan Headley. “Sigma Computing earned a Best Of award for support as a direct result of customer feedback. Reviewers on TrustRadius appreciate Sigma Computing’s responsive and knowledgable customer support, as well as its ease of use for new users.”
To win the Best Customer Support Award, each nominated organization had to have a solid track record of positive TrustRadius reviews in the past year that specifically mentioned their product’s customer support. Winners also had to rank in the top three positions of their category in terms of what percentage of positive responses they earned this year. Additional vetting via textual review analysis was also performed by the TrustRadius research team.
“At Sigma, we believe that the companies that empower all employees with access to live data and the ability to explore it will be tomorrow’s great success stories,” said Sigma Computing CEO Mike Palmer. “As marketers, supply chain managers, and retail merchandisers all tap into their inner data analyst, Sigma’s customer support and customer success teams will continue to be there to answer their questions, teach them new skills, and help them achieve their goals. We’re proud to be valued by our user community and to be recognized for all of the great feedback we’ve received on TrustRadius.”
In 2020, Sigma users ran 22 million direct queries against data in cloud data warehouses, including Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, and PostgreSQL. Cloud-first disruptors, like Teachable, Fictiv, and Payload, as well as well-established enterprises, like US Foods, depend on Sigma to achieve their business goals. Teachable increased BI adoption by 5X, Fictiv’s BI team cut time spent on ad hoc requests by half, and Payload created a new revenue stream with Sigma’s Embedded Analytics capabilities, drove a 50 percent savings in BI resources, and now delivers reports 7X faster.
