Speakers
Brian Nichols, Senior Director of Merchandising Reporting and Analytics, has been with Staples for over 17 years and lives in Shrewsbury, MA with his wife and two teenagers. He leads two teams: the BI/Analytics group that manages all data, reporting and analytics for the Merchandising organization and the Process and Business Systems group that maximizes business process efficiency and throughput through centralization, process excellence and streamlined system integrations.
Brian will present on how Staples leverages Sigma to provide visibility with their merchandisers in a single source of truth.
Blake Fox is the Lead Data Analyst at PartsTech, using Sigma every day to gain real-world insights into their sales data.
Blake will present on how to make the most of the latest calculation techniques in Sigma. Using workbook examples, Blake will share intermediate to advanced formula use and explore exciting topics such as YTD vs Prior YTD, rollup across the same table, dynamic date period parameters, and more.
We hope to see you there!

We are Sigma.
Sigma is a cloud-native analytics platform that uses a familiar spreadsheet interface to give business users instant access to explore and get insights from their cloud data warehouse. It requires no code or special training to explore billions of rows, augment with new data, or perform “what if” analysis on all data in real-time.
