How AgencyKPI Is Using Sigma: 

AgencyKPI is consolidating all of the various platforms delivering its insights products into one: Sigma. The company is leveraging Sigma to transition from Power BI and introduce a new customer-facing product. By embedding Sigma’s analytics capabilities, it aims to enhance in-app dashboards and reports, providing more interactive and data-driven experiences for users.

AgencyKPI is launching AgencyKPI 3.0, a major release that encompasses not only updated insights, but also improved user permissions, automated acquisition and onboarding, and collaboration tools.

AgencyKPI plans to utilize Sigma on Databricks for at least two different use cases: 

  • Embedded analytics, including in-app dashboards, reports, and writeback. These capabilities will support AgencyKPI’s broader development roadmap by enabling real-time data interaction, improving customer engagement, and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Sigma’s features will help AgencyKPI accelerate time-to-value for its customers and enhance customer acquisition and retention efforts.

Expected Outcome for the Business:  

AgencyKPI believes it will drive higher engagement among its customers while speeding time to insight for new products.
