Connection to Sigma can fail due to the security settings on your cloud data warehouse. Whitelisting the IP addresses that Sigma uses to connect often fixes the issue.

Sigma will need to be authenticated either at the Network level or through Client Authentication.
When connecting to Sigma, we utilize the Snowflake user role specified. Make sure that you have the correct permissions granted to the user in Snowflake, or we won't be able to see the data in Sigma. Learn more about granting permission to a user role in Snowflake.
