Create a Pivot Table

  1. Click the Charts icon on the far right of your screen.
  2. Click + to add a new chart.
  3. Choose ‘Pivot Table’.
  4. Click the table icon to return to the column view.
  5. Drag the data columns to add them to your pivot table.
  6. Choose the aggregation, if any, you would like to apply to the data.
  7. Use the format tab to change the title, and add conditional formatting.
  8. Use the options menu to set the format of the data, and add totals to your pivot table.
