A Women in Tech Event

Networking Event
May 23, 2019

Accelerating your career progression begins by taking ownership over your professional growth. Come hear from successful female leaders in Silicon Valley about how they’ve navigated in to highly coveted leadership positions. Learn a specific framework for mapping out your career progression. Key questions that will be addressed are: How do I make sure my hard work and contributions are being recognized? What do I do if I feel like I’m not moving up fast enough? How do I build advocates for myself within the company that will encourage my promotions?

Join Sigma at our headquarters for an evening of discussion and walk away with clear tools for how to take ownership over your career growth. This event is open to all genders.
